This was not a positive experience for us. Although communication was polite, there was no real assessment of our situation. After explaining that I have rented the same property for over 15 years with a perfect payment history, the focus was placed almost entirely on rigid criteria such as requiring a UK guarantor or 6, 12 months’ rent upfront. As a result, there was no realistic way to proceed, despite our long-term stability and full-time employment. While I continue to receive automated property listings, there was no meaningful support or willingness to consider our circumstances on an individual basis at the time we actively needed help. This approach may work for applicants who fit a very narrow profile, but for long-term, reliable tenants with real-life situations, it felt inflexible and discouraging.

Provided timely and excellent support in helping liaise with our vendor to resolve some significant legal conveyancing issues that would otherwise have taken a long time thru solicitors. I would particularly like to mention Emma Crouch and her team for going the extra mile to allow us to view the property in the first instance during the Covid crisis and her flexibility and realistic "can do" attitude turned our viewing in to a sale. If you want an Agent to help sell your property and support prospective clients throughout and ensure the sale actually happens and doesn't simply hand the baton on to solicitors but ensures the chain stays alive and the sale of your property happens then use Henry Adams / Emma Crouch are highly recommended.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

They were great when moving in but when it came to moving out tried to make outrageous claims from the deposit and then quickly backed down when it went to dispute. Take lots of photos and evidence would be my advice!!!! Also left us 5 days with water coming through the ceiling!!

GoogleIf you're thinking of selling, look no further than Henry Adams. Nick and his team are true professionals. We appointed Henry Adams having dealt with them previously. We were mainly looked after by Alison, who was so efficient throughout the entire process. I think we dealt with most of the team at some point - all of whom were fantastic.

I have used Henry Adams Letting Agent at Storrington for approximately 12 years for the letting and finding of new tenants for my property. Recently my flat was vacated. Alex Bush of the Storrington office speedily found new tenants. During the last few months Alex has been most helpful, friendly and efficient at the same time professional. Along with the manager James Riley they provide a well organised ,competent and caring team that I would highly recommend without any hesitation.

My experience with this agency has been nothing short of terrible. Every person who showed me properties looked like they would rather be anywhere else. No interest, no motivation, and often giving incorrect information. The level of incompetence was obvious from the very first visit.

GoogleI am thrilled i chose Sarah Harvey from Henry Adams. We invited all of the Horsham agents to value our property and discuss their proposition, but Sarah was the most personable and knowledgeable of those we saw. It was an easy decision to make, and one that more than worked to our advantage. Not only did we enjoy a smooth sale process, she also negotiated a better price than we had hoped for. Sarah is an asset to have on your side if you want to sell your house, and i cannot recommend her highly enough.
