My experience getting an apartment was completely stress-free. After weeks of searching, I contacted Gascoigne-Pees Esher, and all the stress and worry about finding a good place to live finally came to an end. Thanks to their amazing manager, Benjamin, and the ever-helpful Rosie, the entire process was smooth, efficient, and pleasant. To top it all off, I even received a lovely welcome gift! GLORIA

This company in Farnham has let our property for many years. Unfortunately now they seem to be complacent and we have to chase them for property checks to be carried out as per our contact. Once they finally did the check we are still waiting 3 weeks later for their findings. Also we have rung them throughout the day and left messages in their phone but they never bother to ring us back. They seem to have lost interest and we are rapidly losing patience.We would not recommend this branch of the company.

I had the worst experience ever using Gascogne Pees to fully manage my property. They consistently chose the more expensive contractors who did not deliver good service and failed to honor warranties. After 4 years of their management, my property was in a dire state. I ended up spending over £20,000 on repairs and restoration. The staff, from lettings to property management, were unhelpful, rude and ineffective. Never again.

Excellent estate agents. Instructed Gascoigne Pees (Worcester Park branch) on both a house purchase and house sale. The team went over and beyond throughout the whole process. They were adaptable re pricing given changes in housing market and also suggested local firms of solicitors to use. Great team, professional and personable. Would use them again and again. GoogleWe bought our property through Gascoigne-Pees and even though they were not our selling agent they completely went above and beyond to help the sales process go through smoothly. The Team at Gascoigne-Pees were entirely professional, quick to respond to queries and regularly provided us with advice. Jason, in particular was excellent. Although no plans to move , as we love our new home, I would definitely look to use GP in future.

Worst organised letting company. I have several properties that I use letting agents to manage. By far, Gascoigne-Pees are the worst. They charge for everything despite me paying for full managed property they make additional charges for anything they do. They consistently fail to do anything that they say they will do. Their different departments don't communicate with each other. They give letting/estate agents a bad name.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing service!!! 2 days before my due date found a property I absolutely loved! Got a viewing the same day I called up, papers filled out within days and now I have a 4 day old baby in my new home. Massive thank you to ben and all the hard work he put in to make it happen for my new family. Couldn't of asked for a nicer estate agent to help me with everything! Can't believe he managed to make it happen so quickly.

I felt I was heard as a prospective tenant, listened to and patronising or cold interaction which I have experienced before with some property agents, were not felt with Gascoigne Pees.

Deposit: I rented an apartment for over 1.5 years (small studio flat), I got it dirty, including the tools left in it, the walls were unpainted, full of dust and paint smeared on door frames, doors, etc. I gave away the apartment, which was very clean and practically ready for rent. For this, my deposit was charged with enormous amounts that are far from reality. The cost of painting was £600, cleaning £180 etc. for a studio flat which was beautifully cleaned. Even on the report they could not distinguish the pink cube in the water in the toilet that cleans from the scale in the water from the scale in the water. I consider it extortion and fraud. Unprofessional team and lack of trust in this company including the deposit management company.

This company are very disappointing to deal with. They are extremely difficult to get hold of and when you do finally get a response that response is brief and lacks the professional knowledge you would hope for when spending large amounts of money through them.
