Mediocre

Despite a very convincing hard sale, with promise of above market service, it was all very mediocre. There was poor copper action with our requests in the marketing material. The open day was managed by very junior, inexperienced staff. A worse if all the verbally agreed price with the branch manager was not the final demand. The advert 'no added extras' was not applied as they added a marketing charge to the agreed price. This company is not worth the extra cost. Mediocre at best. Avoid .

Their lies costed us over a £1000 in legal fees and survey for a house that we could not buy because of boundaries issues. We asked specifically to check with the vendor about the car parked next to the house and check if the space was used as a driveway. They lied about the car, they stated the car belonged to the owner of the house we were buying, they even double checked with him. This influenced our decision to buy the house. It turned out that the car belonged to the neighbour and it was stalled and abandoned on the property and there were also boundaries desputes on the house. We only found this out by looking at google street view and saw that the same car was originally parked in the neighbour front garden so enquiered again with the neighbour directly. It was too late as building survey, the searches and legal documents were already underway. Appaling!

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Rented my property out for a year. Tenants moved out leaving the property in a very poor state. Some of the damage missed at inventory. Calls and emails to Tom Barber (Horsham branch) who was supposedly looking after my property never answered. No accountability and no apology. Very disappointed. Will never use their services again in any capacity.
