What a great service!

After buying our flat, the letting team at Cubitt & West (especially Ciaran Street), went out of their way to help us get everything ready and then find the right tenants for us quickly and with no fuss. They were more than happy to answer all our questions (and there were many) and worked with us to make the whole experience so much easier, especially as we are not in the country. A fantastic job, very well done, so nice to know that such a great service is alive and well - thank you Ciaran, you’re a star!

Amazing service

Amazing service, they dealt with the sale of my main property which achieved well over the asking price. They also dealt with some hiccups at the first buyers end and simply replaced with a new buyer at the same sale price. They are currently dealing with the sale of my rental flat in a difficult market and continuing to bring viewers in at a tricky time of year. If that wasn’t enough they also managed to find me a new home in the road I wanted to be in and the condition I was seeking. Suffice to say I am super impressed with the efficiency, tenacity and ease of service from Eloise, Alice, Jess and the team and I would not hesitate to recommend them for your sale or purchase. Top drawer!

Communication is key! others could learn a few things from Mark :)

Not a great start, Cubitt and West the initial agent did not communicate very well, or return our calls. However what a turnaround 5star Excellent service from Mark Pelley. Mark is experienced professional, courteous who always follows up enquiries via email or telephone. Mark made the very stressful experience easier. Thank you so much! Disappointed with this estate agent.

Disappointed with this estate agent.Usually takes 12 to 15 calls to get through to the office dealing. They have a central sales team, but all they do is try to get someone at the branch you tried to contact, to call you back.Cannot recommend Cubitt and West, unfortunately and suggest you go to another large agent like King and Chasemore (I've used this firm before and they're in a different league).

Great letting agent ! (Daniel)

From the very beginning of meeting our agent Daniel, we received a very warm welcome. He was very kind to us during the house viewing, we felt very comfortable in asking him any questions that we had. He also gave us our own time to view the house which I thought was really nice as it allowed us to take in the moment with our “future home”. Daniel was also very responsive with any form of contact whether this was a telephone call or an email. This was very helpful for us during the whole process as we knew he was an email away. He also made sure to keep updating us with the process from the landlord to the referencing company. This was very good experience for us!

Do not use Redhill branch

Poor communication from the letting manager and staff at the Redhill branch, before, during and definitely after tenancy. Manager makes appointments then doesn't show up. Very poor problem solving during tenancy, then when it's time for check out after termination of contract will find any reason to charge you £200. It's been said before in a few reviews. Blatantly accused me of losing keys to property then when challenged several times, they found them in their office exactly where I said they were dropped off and now just as others have said they'll find another issue with the property to the value of £200. Please for your own good do not use this branch in Redhill.
