GoogleSelling a house during a Pandemic was an experience not to be recommended but thanks to the efficiency of the team at Brock Taylor it was made much easier! Everyone was so helpful and friendly so a big thank you to you all. I'd also like to pass on an extra thank you to Emily who was just a star and absolute credit to the profession. She has the rare mix of being professional and so friendly and lovely! Was huge help having someone who was so caring and helpful with the rather stressful process. Hope her employers realise how much of an asset she is to the business! Thank you Emily!! 👍 Many thanks-hopefully I'll finalise on my next home soon 🤞🏡 Take care everyone-you're doing great job Linda
Linda - thank you for the excellent review - and we certainly agree that selling in the current climate is "challenging" at best! GoogleI was shown around several properties by Emily Lee who was very professional and informative, and answered all my queries promptly after our viewings. I was looking to buy my first home and found her property suggestions were the most relevant of all estate agents I was in contact with in my search. Unfortunately my offer on a property was rejected, but through the process of this Emily kept me fully informed. I would definitely recommend contacting Brock Taylor when searching for your next home.
Hannah, thank you for providing the team with a lovely review of the service you experienced from Brock Taylor, and in particular Emily. Although we haven't yet helped you to find the right home - but have come very close - we will look forward to continuing to help find the right property for you. A massive thank you from Peter, Emily & the whole team at Brock Taylor.

GoogleSuzanna Harley (lettings) at Brock Taylor has been invaluable to us. We let our property out, out of area with another agent, and ended up with some very difficult tenants who caused us a lot of problems. We were struggling to find the information we needed, being first time landlords and turned to Brock Taylor where Suzanna went above and beyond to help us, providing us with advice and information we needed to rectify our situation lawfully. She is very knowledgeable and personable and made us feel confident in tackling our problem, unlike the other agent we were letting through! I highly recommend Brock Taylor for lettings and especially Suzanna Harley. Thank you Suzanna for all your help and putting our trust back into letting agents.
Marie, It's great to hear that we were able to help you to resolve the issues that you had experienced with another agent, and that we have managed to restore your trust in letting agents too! As a company we take great pride in the service that we offer and invest heavily in staff training to ensure that we provide a high level of personal service. We wish you every success in the future and thank you for taking the time to provide Brock Taylor with a fantastic 5 star review, from Peter, Suzanna & the whole team at Brock Taylor.
