THE WORST AGENCY I have ever seen. I live in Bournemouth and arranged the viewing for two properties being Broom Mills Road and Normington House. I phoned again to confirm as it was an 11-13 hour round trip, 650 miles on the road, and had to book a hotel to stay overnight. In the morning of the viewing, I got a call to say "we haven't got the keys to Broom Mills Road, so can't see that one". I asked to still meet at the property to ask whereabouts in the development it was. The lady, Becky Lane, had a clear annoyed face and didn't even get out the car, just opening the window and saying "it's there" pointing her fingers out the window. Not a good start. We then moved onto Normington House, and she brought "the wrong key". So she left us standing in front for more than 45 minutes whilst she "searched for the keys" and brought them back. And due to time, our rushed viewing was literally less than one minute. Despite liking the house, I chose not to set foot with such a terrible agency, and will have to make another 13 hour round trip after I have booked alternative bookings. I even confirmed over the phone two days before the viewing to make sure this was going ahead and mentioned over and over again that I was travelling such a long distance, but what I have been through shows that have the less responsibility than my dog. Truly horrendous.

Quite possibly the worst letting agents I have ever come across. They repeatedly ignore complaints about repairs in their properties- I was without a washing machine for 5 weeks, when they eventually replaced it they replaced it with one that is constantly leaking- it's been 7 weeks and they still haven't done anything about it. The washing machine has leaked so much the water has spread from the utility room into the hallway and yet they still have done nothing about it. I also have complained of our dishwasher which has been broken since we moved in (9 months ago) yet they STILL haven't fixed it. When we phone up to talk to someone they either don't answer the phones, ignore your voice mails and emails and when they do bother to answer they pass you round several people and don't do ANYTHING. Several of my friends have also had negative experiences of this agency. You're advised to steer well clear of them.

Would not recommend this agent if you are a young professional. The women who showed my partner around the house was absolutely lovely, however appalling customer service was shown to my partner when she put our application forward. It would seem that because of her age the woman thought it was acceptable to be incredibly rude. This issue was brought forward to the estate agency, but no apology has been received from Catherine.

I was a tenant at the same place for 7 years, never missed payment and kept the place tidy, they charge me for dust and claim the washing machine was dirty and suggested it would cause cloths to smell, then charge over half my bond to clean after someone had decorated. Even this one star is too generous. Mismanaged from start to finish. House let in poor condition. Inventory not done properly. Jobs done at end of tenancy. Jobs done by a company who change inflated fees for poor quality work. Huge fees only to have to move 9 months later. Tried to withhold massive amounts of deposit despite us leaving the house in better condition!!! BE WARE!
