GoogleThe best letting agency I have worked with. Very efficient and clearly a good level of communication between everyone in the office. Managed to get us moved in a short space of time with clear help and direction through the whole process. Very friendly staff who are always happy to help. Could not advise using Linley and Simpson any more.

They responded promptly to questions and never made me feel pressurised or harassed as has been my experience from other estate agents companies. GoogleDo not use this company! They constantly make errors, and are useless in keeping you informed on what is going on. They clearly do not know how to run a business. If you leave your rental home they WILL make up reasons to keep your bond. WHAT A COWBOY OUTFIT THIS PLACE IS!!!

GoogleExcellent to work with. Always helpful, go out of their way to make it easy for our contractors to get jobs done quickly and efficiently whether it be with keys, access or sorting orders out. Very good and professional advice on lettings and sales from a personal point of view also.
