GoogleI am very happy with the service and staff who helped me to find a good place to rent. The staff where very helpful in suggesting viewings that met our needs, the website was easy to use and is well laid out. I would recommend Linley and Simpson.

GoogleI didn't realise how stressful finding a property to rent could be! However, the team at this branch were really helpful and I have now found a lovely two bed flat to rent and am moving in shortly. Have found the whole process so far to be very easy and the team very supportive.

GoogleVery expensive application fees, but they provided a very detailed information booklet plus they kept us informed during the process. However the tenancy just started so we have to wait and see how they'll manage any issues that might arise in the future.

GoogleDon't expect to see your deposit again.
Dear Alexander, thank you for your review and comment in regards to the deposit. I have looked in to your situation and can see that your deposit couldn’t be resolved through our usual practice of negotiations between my colleague (on behalf of the landlord) and yourself, therefore the deposit went to an independent adjudicator to assess who was entitled to what amount (TDS). Based on the evidence from the inventory of you going in to the property and the check out from your leaving, they awarded the landlord with your full deposit due to the amount of works needed on your departure, which was caused from damages while you were in tenancy. I am sorry that you feel that we are only worth 1 star, however, I can assure you that we followed correct procedure. Google£300 fees just to apply for a property and then £60 EVERY time you resign is absolutely disgusting. Especially when most charge around £150 and then 0 resign fees. I avoid L&S like the plague and suggest you do too.

Googlevery disappoint with the service. we check out the property on 21 March 2018 and have not received our deposit till now, it has been 3 months!!!!!and they want to deduct 500 pounds for cleaning !!!!!!
