GoogleVery nice experience. We rented an apartment at Woodhouse, Leeds. The landlord was nice. Solved every issue promptly. Kate and Ethan are very efficient. Before checking out, I cleaned the house by myself with proper cleaning kits. They just deducted £5 from the deposit. Thank you L&S Horsforth team.

GoogleJust moved house with this estate agents, really friendly helpful staff. They stay in contact and update you as and when they say they will. Everything was made simple and this was by far the easiest house move I've had yet. Bianca and Kate were especially helpful.

She always ensured a quick response time and dealt with our queries/viewing requests in an efficient and friendly manner. A very good agent!

GoogleCharge too much and provide substandard service. I had to chase for every bit of information and to get them to chase buyer at every stage. After complaining they said they would keep me updated regularly but that wasn't done either. Will never use again.

L&S have been amazing from the start nothing has been too much trouble for them, we had a million questions at the beginning and they've all been answered and our minds have been put at rest. Fast-forward 2 months and our property is now Let, we couldn't be happier with the whole process. As this is our 1st property L&S are foreseeing the management side of things, which is added reassurance given "Covid" . We hope to add to our portfolio in the near future and continue to use L&S.

GoogleMy partner and I have been dealing with the Horsforth branch of Linley and Simpson. Staff have been very helpful and friendly. Always quick to respond to emails. Organised with online documents required to rent. Any maintenance issues we have had have been dealt with quickly. Good experience so far.
