We agreed our contract with them on the Thursday and by the following Monday had a tenant interested, with the tenancy then agreed within a few days. Do not rent from these as you can say goodbye to your deposit as they will fabricate issues to avoid giving it back and add up the value of the issues so it matches the deposit we rented and it was a tip when we moved in there electrician removed a carousel and left it kicking about and there blaming us as well as other things also Thomas hawes that was sorting it out is not to be trusted can’t believe a word he says many people have had issues with Linley and simpson there just crooks and liars

The man who showed me the flat was really good at explaining the application process and talked through and queries with my girlfriend who was on the phone at the time.
