I just can't believe how quick and efficiently Terrasa Dower of Just Mortgages completed this application. Terrasa is one passionate and hardworking lady. She was working till late (11.30pm I remember getting an email from her). The next day she had a day off. She was getting ready to attend a wedding but she still called me to break the news that my mortgage application has been submitted and approved. I was so happy and shocked. We purchased our property through Haart. I initially viewed the property in August 2021 with Bradley and finally moved in mid January 2022. Michael dealt with parts of the purchase, but we mainly dealt with Lewis throughout the process. Both were always extremely professional, patient and provided timely updates and information. There were situations during the process, some 5 months, that required professional advice and guidance, Lewis was always on hand to resolve these stressful situations - offering support when needed. The highest praise for all the team at Haarts Hornchurch, when we first decided to put the house up for sale we hadn’t intended to go with Haarts- (intended to go with a cheaper alternative) but from the very first visit from Georgina and her confident reassuring manner our gut instinct told us this was a person who could and would sell our house. First class service with prompt feedback, always keeping us in the loop and keeping us positive until we got that offer.
