I Highly recommend using Haart Hornchurch. Demi and Craig have been fantastic with getting to know our future plans and finding a property that is perfect for us. We used this estate agent last year. At first they seem attentive and nice but when it came down to business they don't act for the seller they act for the buyer! And are only out for themselves.. the salesman Michael told us lies about our chosen buyer. (Not our chosen buyer) we only found out when solicitor draw up contract. He lied that the buyers had renewed their mortgage that expired and this added delays to the process further. When speaking to the manager of this store Lewis he didn't really care and made it out like we was in the wrong. Long process being in a chain.. but it is expected that all parties should have their mortgage ready on the get go when buying a house! Harrts say they did their checks but not thorough enough to ensure its done properly. This estate agent cost us thousands of pounds because we lost our 1% mortgage deal by them adding delays to the sale through the buyers (no mortgage in place by buyers)! Interest rates were going up and up. We only stuck with them because we had already offered to purchase another home and they lied saying everything was sorted. They make you feel quilty that your going to loose your other property if you leave now. Very manipulative tactic people only want your money. Wish I called everything off!! Bradley was great when setting up the house viewing.

We put our home on the market through Haart, Hornchurch branch. Although I wasn't particularly looking forward to it because of past experiences with other agents, this proved to be a good choice. We dealt with Lewis Taylor and along with part of his team Bradley and Michael we were provided with an excellent service. The level of care and consideration taken when marketing the property was second to none and at all times the team were professional and straightforward and they took time to make sure we were happy with everything and answered any questions we put to them directly and honestly whilst also being very pro active and always keeping us informed of proceedings, making sure they gave us prompt feedback of the viewings that had taken place, they also made themselves available to contact outside of normal office hours which to someone like me is a godsend. I would not hesitate to recommend Lewis and the team at Haart Hornchurch as they turned a could be stressful time into a great experience. We contacted Haart regarding letting a property. On that same day Craig Cagehin the Senior Lettings Branch Manager came to view the property. Craig took time to explain their services and left us with full written details and costs. Once instructed, photographs of the property were taken and on the same day the pictures appeared on line. Following viewings that took place two days later we receive details of a number of potential tenants. Two weeks from the day we instructed Haart to act for us a tenant moved in with all the referencing, inventory and everything done. For us this first time experience of letting a property has been made very straight forward with good communication throughout the process, in no small way thanks to Craig and the team at Haart. We would highly recommend Craig and Haart for anyone wishing to let their property.

I contacted Haart for a valuation report on my property with a view to its marketing. Lewis Taylor arrived, he was prompt, professional and personable. I was pleased with the valuation he provided and I could tell that he had a lot of marketing experience. He was thorough in his explanation of the estate agent fees, terms and conditions etc and how they would next proceed. On agreeing to market with Haart, Lewis was prompt in arranging an open house viewing and commenced marketing the property straight away. This approach managed to secure me an offer within a week, which I was very satisfied with. Lewis and his team continue to be prompt when answering any queries I have and keep me advised on the sale. I have been dealing with Bradley to buy a property (my first property). He has been on point with his words from the very first phone conversation we had. This was all very new to me as I said I'm a first time buyer. But Bradley has made the process very easy. I have had viewings from other state agent but never got this level of customer service. Bradley has been very quick with his response, every time I needed something he was always available. No question was a stupid question for him! He always responded with a quick and calmly manner with detailed information, which you need as a first time buyer. Very professional and friendly at the same time. We initially contacted Haart for a Probate valuation for our late cousin’s property, and met with Hornchurch Branch Manager Lewis. We were really impressed with Lewis’s proactivity and professionalism which encouraged us to use Haart for the sale.
