LEWIS TAYLOR WHAT A LEGEND - We have recently used Haart Hornchurch to sell our property. What a joy it was !! I've always been cynical about estate agents but boy have I been proved wrong. Lewis Taylor and his team delivered excellent customer service, all the team were approachable and always available to respond to queries and communication throughout was faultless. In a tough market our property sold immediately at full asking price, unbelievable! The first time I met Lewis I knew he was the man for the job, professional and helpful with an expert understanding of the market, he said he could sell our bungalow and two days later, he did, to genuine buyers with no hassle. Sale went through in 8 weeks. Cannot praise him and his team enough. I would wholeheartedly recommend Lewis and Haart and all the staff at Hornchurch branch, wouldn’t sell or buy through any other agent.

Engaging with Haarts Hornchurch has been a great experience so far for my property purchase as a First Time Buyer. I’ve mainly dealt with Lewis Taylor who was my first contact at Haarts to arrange the viewing of the property, and my ongoing contact throughout the conveyancing process. As an FTB, a property purchase can be a daunting experience but Lewis has been nothing short of personable, knowledgeable and friendly. He was knowledgeable about the property and the circumstances of the seller to help my understanding of this conveyance. I can tell he is highly experienced which has given me confidence and assurance from the get-go. Slash was extremely helpful during our viewing of this property. However, the photos of the rooms gave a different perspective and size perception of the actual room sizes and the work required to bring the property up to a standard where we can live and n it. The windows, bathroom and kitchen would all need complete replacement, adding to the asking price of £475,000. We therefore think the asking price is too high - given the work required.
