We recently sold our house through Haarts, hornchurch branch, and I must say that the staff there were magnificent. Particular mention must go to Stephanie Parnell who guided us through every phase of the process. Even though we encountered numerous problems along the way, nothing was too much for her. There must have been times when we got on her nerves with constant calls and visits to the branch, but she was always cheerful and reassuring. We would certainly recommend Haarts to family and friends. Many thanks.

I've had a very bad experience. I viewed a property with them on Lyndhurst Drive and made an offer directly to Seref via email, but he never got back to me. It's been over four weeks, and I also sent a reminder email, but still no response. I called the agency twice and asked why I'm not getting a reply for an offer I made. They said they are very sorry and they will speak to Seref and get back to me, but I haven't heard anything back from them either. The house I made an offer on is still available for sale, and I feel sorry for the seller as they won't be aware of the offers people are making. I understand I made an offer lower than the asking price, but I don't think this should prevent them from replying on rejecting the offer if this is the case.
