GoogleThere are many estate agents in Hornchurch so I thought long and hard which one to go with when I decided to sell my house. Chalk Street Estates website is well laid out, their fees are right there and IMO very very competitive compared to many others. Lee the branch manager was up front and honest in all the discussions between him and myself. Add to that he always responded to emails or phone calls promptly was an added bonus. But most of all Chalk Street Estates worked hard to sell my house, which they did on the open day. I highly recommend them

Amazing service from the team in Hornchurch. Helped sell our house twice after our initial sale fell through. They worked tirelessly to get potential buyers in for viewings with multiple offers in the space of 48 hours. Saved our entire chain. Special mention for Mandy who helped keep us sane throughout and ensured things progressed smoothly in the end.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
