Chalk Street were recommended to us and did not disappoint. They are very friendly and responsive but also professional and knowledgeable - frominitially putting the property on the market, through to negotiation and then sales progression. Mandy, in particular, was great. She was patient and helped to keep the transaction moving.Their fees are also very reasonable and I would use Chalk Street again. Iβd also recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

The service from start to finish was excellent. Our property was valued and put on the market within just a few days. The pictures came out great and we sold our property in 7 days. We would like to give a 5* rating especially for Mandy the head of sales progression. She kept us updated on our sale (& purchase which was also listed through Chalk Street) throughout. We honestly think that without her persistent effort and chasing we'd probably still be waiting to complete. It was a pleasure dealing with her and can only highly recommend using Chalk street.

Moving house during a pandemic was always going to be difficult. CSE made it as easy as possible with great service throughout. Put on the market very quickly with amazing photographs; 11 viewings and 3 offers on or above asking price within one weekend. I cannot stress how amazing the photos made the house look and I would have bought it myself. Curteous, helpful and quick to reply to questions (Linda) so absolutley would recommend CSE. I would recommend using your own mortgage broker though as they were slow and did not fill me with confidence; in the end I went to my own broker who arranged the mortgage in two days. However as an estate agency, I cannot find a single fault and I would recommend to anyone looking to move house in these difficult times.

I have recently sold my house with Chalk Street and have been extremely impressed with their service and professionalism from start to finish. Their transparent fee structure and professional photography is what initially led me to choose this Agent.In regards to the team specifically, Dan Smith and Lee Chamberlain have excellently and professionally handheld all communications and feedback for my viewings, and illustrated fair negotiations throughout the whole bidding process. I am now moved into my new home and can thank Chalk Street for enabling the smooth running of the whole Agency process for this to have happened.Many thanks- I would definitely use chalk street again!

Chalk Street have been very professional, honest and efficient in marketing our property and subsequent sale progression. I have no hesitation recommending them to anybody. Their fee structure is very fair and there is no loss of service despite the competive rate. We were particularly pleased with their survey information and photo's which really represented our property in the best possible light.Given the stereo-typical (and cynical) view of estate agents, Chalk Street break the mould and I can honestly report it has been a pleasure to deal with them. Do yourself a big favour in what is without doubt a stressful affair!

Having used YOPA to sell our house, we didn't appreciate that despite paying upfront, you do not benefit from the experience and determination of experienced professionals like Mandy at ChalkStreet. Our sale was stalling, as the upper levels of the chain had slowed causing a painful month of nealry losing our buyer. The Yopa agent vanished as soon as a sale was agreed in October, leaving us dealing directly with the buyer, assuring them we are awaiting like they are. It came to January and our solicitor and our seller solictor didn't seem to have any urgency to push the sale through. This is when I asked ChalkStreet (our sellers agent) to step in. Within two weeks, the team had chased the whole process to exchange and fixed completion dates. We received sound advice, reassurance and support through this difficult period, it simply would not have happened without Mandy. So anyone reading this review, online agents may look attractive, but you get nothing beyond photos taken and a listing on Rightmove. If we sell again we will absolutely use ChalkStreet for their professionalism and attention to people's needs, as there was no obligation for Mandy to take our calls for help chasing and demanding chain progress.

11 WeeksFrom the first telephone call inquiry with Daniel P in regard to the best way to sell -to valuation / marketing / conformation of contract exchange / fixed price - 11 weeks job done. This would have been 7w if the vendor had been as proactive as the Chalk Street Team. Professional no nonsense agent. Certainly challenging the status quo of traditional household named agents. We were very happy with Chalk Street, who worked quickly to produce the description and photos of our house, and they soon booked a substantial number of viewings. We were notified of all viewings, and were given feedback after potential buyers had viewed our house.We were very happy with the agreed sale price, and have no hesitation in recommending Chalk Street, for their very reasonable fees.Also, they were excellent in chasing up our solicitor who did not seem to work as quickly as we and our buyers would have liked.

What attracted me to chalk street was recommendation.After getting my house priced up to put on the market, was a bit shocked on what estate agentβs wanted to sell my house?Was told about chalk street.Really pleased how quick they arranged everything.The viewing came thick and fast. With feed back on the viewing . Even with the lock down still working team of professionals kept us informed. And with Mandy working from home were always on the ball.It was a bit stressful,selling and buying but it went well in the end .thanks to a great team of professional people.
