We used Chalk Street to sell our house and they were excellent. It's always a pleasure to chat to Lee or Dan in the office, who were always very helpful and gave great advice. The most important person for us in our dealings with Chalk Street was Mandy, their sales progressor. She is incredibly hard-working, tenacious, and really makes things happen. I couldn't recommend any other estate agent more than Chalk Street and Mandy in particular.

TrustpilotHouse sale made easy!
Our property went live last week and within a couple of hours we had 22 confirmed viewings (18 of which showed up). Really impressed with the speed and efficiency of the team. And they really are a team - we've dealt with probably everyone in the office and each person has been friendly, professional and kept us updated. They obviously pick the right people to view the property, as we received 11 offers from 18 buyers. I'm hoping that the rest of the process is as impressive as it has been so far. I shall write another review further down the line!

TrustpilotChalk Street - Use them you won't regret it
We recently asked Chalk Street to put our house on the market to sell. What a great decision that was. From the initial valuation meeting and discussions which were very professional, and speed of taking things forward, Chalk Street have been amazing. They have shown what a modern day Estate Agent can do. Nothing has been to much trouble, and all the communication we have received has been superb. When it came to receiving offers, once again, the professional advice has helped us no end. They really have been superb from day1

Chalk Street have been brilliant from start of our sale process. I must admit they are a team of professionals. They put extra effort by taking care of every stage in the sale process; from marketing the property, photography, viewings and to the completion.I found them caring, honest and fair on every step. They always reply to emails and calls on time and their fixed fee product is real value to money.I am very happy we went with Chalk street for our house sale.

TrustpilotProactive and professional
We recently completed on a purchase and Chalk Street were amazing throughout. Everyone we spoke to was friendly, professional and prompt with communication. Mandy Bootle in particular was consistently helpful and proactive as we struggled with a particularly bad solicitor, and was always on top of everything and chasing updates. We were always able to get a quick response from Chalk Street for any queries, whether over the phone or by email. Would highly recommend!

TrustpilotFirst-class service from Chalk Street!
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Chalk Street to anyone looking to sell their property. After a bad experience with another estate agent, I appointed Chalk Street and found them to be very proactive in providing potential buyers and following up on viewings, and it was like a breath of fresh air.Although I found all of the team to be helpful, my main point of contact was Linda Sullivan, and she was very level-headed and nice to deal with and provided regular updates, even though I know there were a lot of house transactions going on at the time (because of the Stamp Duty holiday). Once an offer was accepted, Mandy Bootle took over and her experience and similar cool-headed nature ensured that we were able to secure our sale and purchase in spite of unexpected late delays at the bottom of the chain. Selling our home and moving was certainly a stressful thing, but I'm so glad we appointed Chalk Street, I'm grateful to all of the team and it was money very well spent!
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
