Excellent service from the initial valuation, marketing of the house through to completion. Property put on the market and within days block viewings were arranged and within a week had a number of offers and the property was sold within days. Chalk Street’s fixed price service worked for me. They achieved my object of getting my house sold effectively and efficiently.

Starting my journey with Faye who managed to squeeze me in a second viewing, then onto Lee, then on to Mandy and Ben then onto Daniel. Honestly such a nice bunch of people who was super professional but very friendly and so helpful. I never knew how important a good estate agent is, until I started to look at purchasing a house. Through my journey of being a homeowner I’ve had to deal with some difficult estate agents who clearly only cared about making sure their property was sold (at whatever cost) I’m glad that this wasn’t the case with Chalk Street. They made sure to keep me updated on what was happening with my sale and provided me with the support needed to pass that finishing line.
