I have just sold two houses through Chalk Street and am in the process of purchasing another through them! The process from the start was a sensitive one due to separation. Everyone in the team handled the situation with the care and sensitivity required to make the journey as pain free as possible and were always so efficient and on the ball, but Linda in particular has been an amazing support and guidance throughout, which I’m extremely grateful for! Selling and buying property isn’t always just transactional, it’s often tied up with emotions and the team at Chalk Street take the time to get to know their clients and support them and show sensitivity, compassion and guidance. It’s clear this team work so very hard to meet their clients needs and to make the process run as smooth as possible with consistent communication and support. I couldn’t recommend Chalk Street and Linda, Mandy and the rest of the team enough!

Rare Find Estate Agent's

A truly rare find with Chalk Street in an enormous market. Having viewed many properties with many different agents, and can truly say Chalk Street are like a family run businees, honest with your intreast in mind.From having agreed on a purchase, had great assistance with Chalk Street to move forward and aim to complete on purchase - over the last 5 months, could always get hold of the sales progression team, or got call backs.The purchase was ongoing for over 5 months with great assistance from Chalk Street to reach a resoloution with the Vendor Dominic Lopez ( false unjustified review left on 23 Feb 2023). The vendor did disapear for one month after agree sale, then said woudl move out and rent to compete sale, then refused to exchange, then stalled due to onward purchase as did not want to rent now, just non stop he was like dangeling a carrot in front of a Donkey, Between myself, my solicitors and Chalk Street, done everything and went beyond the process of a normal sale to complete, yet the vendor has made everyone's life a living nightmare over last 5 months and now left the false statements.The responce from Chalk Street is 100% accurate, I am so happy with the way they have been dealking with that purchase which has fallen thrue, am now going forward with another property purchase with Chalk Stree - with the same great quality off communicationa nd responce.
