Being a newish Agent in the area I had a small amount of trepidation using Chalk Street, but after my initial chat with Daniel the M.D I had no hesitation in instructing them. My gut feeling was proven so right by the service, attention and enthusiasm shown by all the staff. Always answered my call, always gave me time, always pro active. There must be many established local agents that are looking to there service levels and value to get anywhere near this new enthusiastic company. Our house was sold within 10 weeks and although one of the most stressful things one can do Chalk Street made the process easy. Simply put you would be mad not to use this company to sell your property. SO.... THREE years later and with another property to sell there was only one agent I would go to - Chalk Street. In difficult and turbulent economic times the team of Dan, Jack Faye, Lois and Ben got the job done ! By sticking to the task they got a SOLD result. I would definitely 100% recommend chalk street , everybody we have dealt with have been absolutely fantastic, Daniel , Ben , Faye , Jack but most of all Linda and Mandy ..
