11 Weeks

11 WeeksFrom the first telephone call inquiry with Daniel P in regard to the best way to sell -to valuation / marketing / conformation of contract exchange / fixed price - 11 weeks job done. This would have been 7w if the vendor had been as proactive as the Chalk Street Team. Professional no nonsense agent. Certainly challenging the status quo of traditional household named agents. Game changer. All boxes ticked✅Looking forward to working with the CS team again.

An innovative, reliable service

We were very happy with Chalk Street, who worked quickly to produce the description and photos of our house, and they soon booked a substantial number of viewings. We were notified of all viewings, and were given feedback after potential buyers had viewed our house. We were very happy with the agreed sale price, and have no hesitation in recommending Chalk Street, for their very reasonable fees. Also, they were excellent in chasing up our solicitor who did not seem to work as quickly as we and our buyers would have liked.

Chalk Street Estates are the cream of the crop

Chalk Street Estates is top notch, offering first class service whether you are a buyer or seller. Communication is key when buying or selling property and Chalk Street Estates clearly recognises this ... no other estate agents I have dealt with to date match up or even come close to them. I hope to find my ideal property through this agency and when I sell I have no doubt if they continue the great service they will be top of my list. In fact at this stage they are the only ones I would consider. **** Highly recommend whether you are a buyer or seller ****

The best agent by a mile

I have had dealings with Chalk Street for the last couple of years and I really cannot praise them enough. Unlike most other estate agents I have come across (and that's quite a lot), they are sincere, honest, reliable, friendly and so hardworking. Mandy, Lee, Dan and the entire team made my sale/purchase (part of a long chain) a lot less stressful - from the very first conversation right through to completion. And if that wasn't enough, their pricing was significantly more appealing in comparison to other agents. With no exaggeration, they are a cut above the rest and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them. Thank you, Chalk Street!

Our property was on the market with another Estate Agent for 93 days, we then ditched them and went on with Chalk Street and within 24 hours it was sold, that's how good these guys are!! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lee and the rest of the team at Chalk Street. I have noticed more and more people are selling through Chalk Street now and I don't blame them. They are realistic, honest and their fees are great. If you are thinking of selling your property, please talk to these guys first, you wont regret it!!

Chalk street were a breath of fresh air…

Chalk street were a breath of fresh air from the initial meeting to discuss putting my property on the market to the point I dropped off the keys as a very satisfied customer. They were proactive in giving advice but always respectful of the approach I chose to take, never pushy or overbearing and always honest in their communication. The team has a wealth of knowledge and experience and we're a pleasure to deal with, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely fantastic agents

Absolutely fantastic agents. I thought all agents were much of a muchness, until I had to leave my original agents due to incompetence. Coming to Chalk Street, could not have been more of a contrast. All staff without fail have been friendly, polite and efficient and on the case, which I can tell you is very needed. The process through no fault of Chalk Street's was a bumpy road, but they helped to smooth over any bumps and take the stress out and deal with the solicitors efficiently! I cannot recommend Chalk Street highly enough! Thank you so so much Chalk Street!

The team at Chalk Street pull it out…

The team at Chalk Street pull it out the bag again!12 months ago, the guys at Chalk Street sold our dads property in Clacton on sea, quick and hassle free, following the sad loss of our mum which enabled my dad to move back to Hornchurch and yesterday after just 12 months they completed on the sale of our dads property in Hornchurch to enable him to move back to Clacton, amazing service and fees twice in 12 months, it just goes to show in todays digital world, it really doesn't matter where your estate is, its all about communication and service, thanks guys

We highly recommend using Chalk Street…

We highly recommend using Chalk Street following our recent experience. Fifteen weeks down the line our chain fell apart but thanks to quick thinking by Ben, part of a very effective front of house team, a new buyer was conjured up in good time and our house move was back on track and completed in just six weeks. Chalk Street provide a first rate value for money service where a seller always has a consistent point of contact ( in our case Mandy the efficient sales progressor ), unlike the internet only based agencies, and there is nothing of the formality of the more traditional, now looking outdated, Main Street branch based agencies.
