TrustpilotExcellent local company
I found this local company to be an excellent service in both selling my property and also in suggesting a firm of solicitors to manage the sale.Their choice of 2 service options were both reasonable when compared with other agents fees. From the initial meeting throughout the sale process this company have supported me and relieved me of any stress.

TrustpilotExcellent!!
Could not have had better service from Chalk Street, especially during a pandemic!! All viewings were arranged quickly. Once our offer had been accepted we had lots of dealings with Mandy. She emailed back promptly, explained everything and was always available on the phone for any questions. Being a first time buyer this was extremely important as I was a little clueless. Brilliant service. Could not be happier!

Fantastic estate agents from start to finish. Valued our property appropriately, beautiful listing, received multiple viewings and several offers resulting in the sale of our property almost immediately. Further to add the value for money was incredible when compared to local and traditional estate agents. Ben and Mandy where fantastic from start to finish.Absolutely faultless, thank you.

Was recommended to Chalk Street by friends who had recently sold though them . I found the service to be excellent, the key thing about Lee ( manager) and his team is that they have a common sense approach and are always professional. GoogleWe sold our flat and brought our new house through Chalk Street. They have been superb throughout the entire process - ours has been incredibly long (for reasons nothing to do with Chalk Street), and we couldn’t have done it without the help from Daniel, Mandy, Lee and all the amazing team! Thanks so much ⭐️
