TrustpilotSuperb local Estate Agency
I would not hesitate to recommend Chalk Street Estates. I opted to pay fees up front and used a Solicitor through their recommendation and I saved a ton of money by doing so. They looked after me from start to finish, always keeping me informed and doing their best to move things along. Fantastic service, terrific staff who will work very hard for you to get the sale finalised. 10/10

GoogleGreat estate agent, usually respond to enquiries efficiently and without a long delay. Found chalk street to be the best in response rate compared to others. Always followed up with a call soon after enquiry rather than the trouble of waiting for a response to an enquiry, then getting an email to book online and then waiting for confirmation of the viewing!

TrustpilotHighly recommend Chalk Street Estates
Chalk Street Estates were great and I would highly recommend. Their no nonsense attitude was a breath of fresh air compared to other estate agents. The sales progression team was also amazing. Mandy Bootle couldn't do enough for us and was always available to take our calls. I would definitely use Chalk Street again in the future if I were to move.

Trustpilot10/10 service throughout ⭐️
We sold our flat and brought our new house through Chalk Street. They have been superb throughout the entire process - ours has been incredibly long (for reasons nothing to do with Chalk Street), and we couldn’t have done it without the help from Daniel, Mandy, Lee and all the amazing team! Thanks so much ⭐️

TrustpilotI would highly recommend using Chalk…
I would highly recommend using Chalk Street following my recent purchase experience. Although I did not use them to sell my house (wished I had, would have saved me a lot of money!) Mandy Bootle worked tirelessly on my behalf and intervened when things got really stressful. A special thank you to her. I would not hesitate to use Chalk Street again. Extremely professional company.

TrustpilotFrom the first contact to the last…
From the first contact to the last phone call very friendly and professional. We had a few problems on exchange days due to virus scare and being able to complete successfully but mandy chased all chain involved and got it over the line. I would not hesitate in recommending. Only negative was Lee supports spurs but every company has a downside, well done all.

TrustpilotChalk Street Estate Agents
Chalk Street were excellent. They provided us with up to date information, even though I was buying from their client rather than using them to sell my house. They were always happy to assist and were always honest with the timeline and actions of others. I would thoroughly recommend chalk street to friends and family and would happily use them in the future.
