Stress and strain eliminated

I needed to deal with the Sale of my elderly Aunts property following her move into a Care Home.I cannot thank Karen Marijewko enough for the way she handled what turned out to be a time consuming and at times frustrating journey. Karen kept to her word and her regular updates kept me fully up to date from all parties involved. (duly passed on to my Aunt) she says she couldn't have done this without me .... But please be aware I definitely couldn't have done this without Karen, she truly is a credit to her profession.

Karen Marijewko helped us sell a house and was extremely helpful throughout. A few teething issues were responded to quickly, with the outcome communicated to us. Regardless of whether there was something new, Karen would 'check-in' regularly throughout the sale, so we always knew what was going on. Lovely people

Lovely people, warm and friendly.The whole prices to took nearly 18 months to close the sale due to bad timing of the sale. In hindsight I felt that the agents could have been more proactive. Once the sale was agreed this took 24 weeks to complete, again a very long time.However I cannot fault their enthusiasm and politeness. Thank you Katherine and Shireen!

Worked with Donna and Susanne from Ossett branch from May to October and they were excellent. I was quite nervous as a first time buyer but they were great at answering all my questions. They kept me well informed of any progress and took it upon themselves to mediate between the solicitors, when they were not responding to queries. They always followed through on everything, even if it was just to say 'hi we haven't had a response to this yet, so we will try again tomorrow'. Cant fault them at all, thank you both so much

I let my property out through Richard Kendall with Kelly as my main point of contact. This was the first property I had let out so needed everything explaining from scratch which Kelly was happy to do. Kelly was thorough and friendly throughout the entirety of the process.
