It is very rare for staff to have such positivity and loyalty from an owner but it seems to work well for this company. Treated me with extreme professionalism through out and went the extra mile through some very diverse circumstances.. Thank you for the exceptional service .

Facebook5 stars If I could give 6 stars I would! We purchased our house via Richard Kendall’s and all credit must be given to Liz Cooke. She was a true professional who always responded to our calls and emails and gave us the guidance and reassurance we needed to complete our purchase. Should we ever plan on selling, we would definitely avail of Richard Kendall’s services.

I received the paperwork needed but had numerous problems with the property and was told they weren't resolved as they could not gain access which is a lie...the only time access was denied was if I was not in at the time or due to covid......the tenancy agreement was also changed without my knowledge

We just sold our house using Richard Kendall. We felt they offered a realistic and fair valuation as they know the WakefieldMarket so well. This helped us get a good amount of viewings and interest. Once we had an offer, Joanne and Amanda at the Wakefield office were really helpful, and kept us informed and made contact with the relevant people. We really appreciated this, particularly in the last couple of weeks before exchange and completion. It was the first time we had sold a property and appreciated the support at each step. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

FacebookSo many negatives but let me share my experience as it as been nothing but great. park row couldn't spell kitchen when we used them and the sales listing was appauling. we called Richard kendall and they re valued and listed our property very quick for a better fee and it sold in less than a week great from start to finish so much so that we are using them again to list our current house fantastic again they understand the property and what we have done and we no they will do a great job again. Thanks

Richard Kendall’s provided an excellent service from start to finish. David Savage provided a very professional and informative market appraisal, answered all our questions and give good advice on how best to market our bungalow. We were then passed over to Karen Marijewko, Senior Property Consultant, she was very professional from the start making sure that all viewings were followed up, all feedback was immediately shared and offers presented. Once the offer had been accepted she was amazing at keeping us updated and always chased any queries that cropped up. Without her half the time we wouldn’t have known what was happening with the buyers and solicitors. I would highly recommend Richard Kendall, David and Karen and also the other girls who answered the phone and promptly dealt with our queries. Thank you all for a first class service.
