GoogleHad worst experience . They were very rude to speak and they were totally biased towards the landlord. avoid doing any sort of business with them at all.

I thoroughly recommend both Richard Kendall as an agent and Jessica Judd in particular. They let a property for us that has only a small market value, translating therefore into only very modest fees for Richard Kendall. But they have been marvellous, at every step of the way, from finding a first tenant and securing a tenancy at a gross yield that exceeds 6% per annum, to sorting out odd jobs that we could not finish before the tenancy due to our remote geographic status and also addressing repairs promptly. There are no hidden fees or elevated costs for preferred tradespeople, either. Jessica in particular is massively on top of her game and I cannot recommend her highly enough. If only all estate and letting agents were this reliable and honest! If they had a country-wide presence I would use them every time.

As a previous customer of Richard Kendall (Both buying and selling), I have seen an enormous change in the way that they deal with people. When trying to purchase a property no one calls you back and the whole experience is very frustrating.The lady I dealt with 'Lucy' was in my opinion condescending and abrupt.(This is the second call on two different properties with the same sales agent, and the same bad customer service was received) I found myself almost arguing with her until I pointed out that I also had a property to sell at which point her telephone manner changed. Needless to say I have decided to sell my property through another agent, which will give me peace of mind that another prospective customer won't have the same experience as me. Richard Kendall you need to observe how your staff are speaking to customers

From the start of our house move journey everything was going to plan and very smoothly and we had a buyer with in 48 hours of putting our house on the market, Sophie would continuously keep me updated and was on hand to answer any questions that we had. In the middle of January we had some very sad news that we had lost our baby and I had to have a life saving operation. The week of my return home from hospital we had to make a decision to move out of our property as there was some complications with one of the sellers in the chain and if we didn’t move then the whole chain was about to collapse. From the bottom of our hearts we are truly grateful for how Sophie dealt with the whole situation, she took over everything for us and really took the pressure and stress away from us allowing us to grieve our loss and focus on my recovery. I am usually the one who would deal with these situations but due to been very unwell my partner had to take over, Sophie explained everything to him and reassured him and went above and beyond for us both. If we hadn’t of received the amazing service and care that we did I don’t think we would be moving into our new home with the situation that we are in because that would have been too much to handle on our own. Thank you so much Richard Kendall , Sophie you have been amazing and you are an asset to the company. I really do hope that this reaches your manager and you get the recognition that you deserve.
