The service we received from Liz was brilliant and she went over and above to help us with every step of the process. She kept us up to date with everything that was going on with regular updates and was always proactively keeping track of the sale. I would highly recommend Richard Kendall for their fantastic service.

Karen was an absolute pleasure to deal with, she has been fantastic from start to finish on my new purchase!Always got back to me when she said she would, updated me throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Richard Kendall valued our house and they were our agents to sell our house.Karen was the lady dealing with the sale. She was excellent during the whole process and kept me informed about what was happening every step of the way. She even let me know when she was going on holiday and called me as soon as she was back with more information. We could not go through the whole process of sale as we withdrew from sale because of changes in our circumstance. I would highly recommend the estate agent as a company, and would definitely recommend Karen as the representative to deal with any sales or purchases.

Reliable agency

I have used Richard Kendall agency to sell and buy a house. They have been great in communicating everything from start to finish, all the viewings and offers were well organized and house sold reasonably quickly. We had an agency worker Elizabeth Cooke, who looked after us throughout the process. She has been very supportive and positive during at times stressful time, keeping good link with the solicitors, buyers and sellers. She would always call back and kept checking on us regularly, we always knew what was happening. I have been happy with Richard Kendall agency services and would recommend as very effective and personable.

Such high standards. I have used Richard Kendall’s on several occasions, both as a buyer and to sell. In both instances they have been so professional and knowledgeable about their business. From the initial valuation to the quick response of any updates/queries in communication regarding my property. We have been lucky to have had Elizabeth Cooke from the Wakefield office help us out and keep us updated with our property. She has gone above and beyond her job role in helping us out with our sales. After a fairly quick sale, our buyer was an absolute nightmare but Joanne and Donna at Richard Kendalls dealt with her extremely calmly. They took on work which was not theirs to do and made sure everything at our end was dealt with in a timely manner, if only all agents worked like they did. Special thanks also to Liz who had to listen to our buyers rants daily. (Its worth saying that anyone buying a house should always make sure they use reputable, approved legal services and not blame others for their own choices). From start to finish the agents were helpful and thorough. Highly recommend.
