I have been meaning to write a review for a while. We moved to Wakefield 10 years ago. We rented our house through the Horbury office. Always helpful and get back to you. Then we started looking for our 1st bought home 7 years ago. When viewing, Richard Kendall always get back to you. Other agents don't always. I would say 50/50. But Richard Kendall without fail. The buying process was smooth with them. When we came to sell, we didn't go anywhere else, because above all customer service is king. We didn't even compare prices as we knew we would go with then whatever. That is what a great brand does. Bought our 2nd house with them and Catherine, Lucie and especially Melanie were always helpful and understanding. Richard Kendall are not just a great estate agent. They are a great business with customer service at the heart. This is why they are so successful. Thanks.

Karen went above and beyond to keep us in the loop at all times when buying our new property, and I truly believe she had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process. In hindsight, we wish we had sold our property with Richard Kendall, but we had already signed a contract with a different one. We are now living in our dream home, and I have to keep pinching myself!

Richard Kendal has to be the best estate agents in the district the staff commitment on selling my house has been amazing, all credit is due to Elizabeth Cooke her determination to her work is above and beyond as with my sale there where several issues further down the chain which held up our completion by several months but due to Elizabeth's total commitment to see the transaction thro to the end it all came thro as she would contact all the chain's estate agents and solicitors several times a week to keep up the progression of our sale/completion we cannot thank Elizabeth Cooke enough for all her hard work and dedication to make sure our sale went smoothly I cannot stress how satisfied we are with Elizabeth's service through Richard Kendal estate agents (they have sold me two properties) over the last 8 yrs and each time have delivered a fantastic service I will highly recommend them to anyone a great big THANK YOU

I would absolutely highly recommend Richard Kendall's Estate Agent, Liz Cook went above and beyond for my mum's house move and we really couldn't have done it all without her. We actually sold mums home with another company (who were majorly disappointing) but Liz Cook was the estate agent for the property we were buying, and she was amazing every step of the way. She kept us up to date with everything we needed to know, helped us with information our own estate agents forgot to help us with, and really gave five star customer service. I had never sold a house before and really wanted a trusted estate agents so I got A Lot of valuations. As soon as the gentleman came I had a good feeling about Richard Kendal estate agents. The pictures were amazing (made even me want to buy my house) and were included in the price. They quickly produced the brochure and put it online. Most of their offices are in and around Wakefield. My house was in Dewsbury so I was concerned that with it not being their area that it would impact the amount of viewings but lucky me the first viewers bought it. The selling process after here took longer than I expected but Donna and Suzanne were great at keeping me informed and chasing the relevant people. Thank you my new house is out of area but hopefully if I ever come to sell it you will have expanded with an office here.
