We found Belong estate agents conducted our house sale and our subsequent purchase in a very efficient manner From the first visit we felt at ease. My brother and I wish to thank all of the team at 'Belong' for enabling the sale of our late Father's property to reach a successful completion at the end of November 2022. The on-line 'virtual tour' of the property as it went on the market was just outstanding and no doubt, will have gone some way towards attracting the substantial number of potential buyers who asked to visit the house. Nothing was too much trouble, and we were kept informed of any viewings and any other queries relating to the property. Once the property had been sold, the 'Belong' team kept us in the picture as to what was going on, as well as any further buyer concerns or visits. Moving house made easy

We’ve just sold our house and bought our new one through Belong by James White. James and his team have been brilliant every step of the way; from the first time that he showed us the house that we were to purchase, as he prepared our sale brochure, his local knowledge of who he thought would want to view our property, right up to the time that he carefully placed our new key on my car bonnet as we maintained our social distance (in the middle of the COVID-19 crisis), James has been excellent. Katie kept us up to date either by email or telephone. She liaised with solicitors, vendors and purchasers and nothing was too much trouble. She was always friendly and positive whilst maintaining a professional manner. In fact, she was our ‘go to’ aid whenever we had a query - and if she didn’t know the answer, she found out and got back straight away - communication was exceptional. Having been in the local estate agency business for many years, James’s team have an excellent relationship with many local professional trades and were able to provide contact details for any services we required. Thank you, Belong, for providing the ‘hand holding’ we needed to make this house moving lark the best it could be. We couldn’t have asked for more. Nothing but positives to say about James and his team. I have moved on several occasions and I have never come across an estate agent offering the personal touch as I experienced. A really personal and professional service. From the moment we had the property valued right through to completion we felt we were looked after.
