Excellent Estate Agent

I've sold a previous property with Belong & they where extremely helpful. Their contract was straightforward with no "hidden" clauses. This time I've purchased a property through Belong. I was selling my property through a different Estate agent & was in a very complex long chain. I mainly dealt with one member of staff (Helen). Her superior knowledge of the complexities of the legalities & dealing with & working with my solicitor & all the other Estate agents in the chain was instrumental. It was a very stressful & frustrating process but Helen was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Belong.

I had previously marketed my property with a national estate agent who was very inflexible and stagnant in their approach however, as soon as I appointed Belong, I had an unprecedented amount of interest and many viewings which were all undertaken by James and his team, 7 days per week and at all times of day - nothing was too much trouble for them. Communication from the office was amazing, I felt looked after and well advised. I felt as though the team in the office acted professionally and efficiently not only towards myself but also towards my buyer which aided a smooth, pleasant sale experience. I have already recommended Belong to friends who have properties they wish to sell, in fact I could not recommend them highly enough. 5 star plus!

What can I say? Exceptional! We used Belong to sell our house after a friend's recommendation and our experience with them was fantastic from start to finish. We were in an interesting spot where we needed to sell our house within 6 weeks thanks to deadlines up the chain. James came around for an initial chat and valuation on Friday, came back on Monday to take photos and had the listing live by Monday evening. By Tuesday, we already had 3 viewings booked in that day and Daniel couldn't have done a better job if he tried. Warm and friendly with the viewers and took on board all the information I gave him. By the end of Tuesday, we already had 2 offers! Fast forward to Friday that same week and we had multiple offers and Helen managed them exceptionally well. (even getting us more than we originally listed for!) The chain above ended up pretty complicated with several bad solicitors in the mix however, Helen managed to keep on top of everything and kept me and my buyers updated at every single step of the way (even on her days off!). Her work ethic is second to NONE! This is the sort of company you should do business with if you're planning to sell a house (or buy). They came on the back of a recommendation and I will gladly recommend them to anyone else moving forward. Remember, moving house is one of the most stressful things you will do in your life. Make sure to use a company that takes as much of that stress away as possible - Belong IS that company! Thank you Belong team for everything you've done for us.

James and his team have provided a great service being both professional, informative and supportive at every step. The 3D tour video and photographs were very impressive and definitely helped to bring potential buyers in to view the property. They handled all viewings and kept me informed by email of when they were taking place and afterwards I received a feedback email from the viewing. I was really impressed with this service as I was selling my fathers property from Scotland this helped reassure me that Belong were being proactive. Helen and Charlotte were extremely friendly and understanding of my situation as we had to change buyer a few months into the sale. This was dealt with quickly and without any disruption to myself. After that everything was speedily carried out to the successful completion of the sale. I would highly recommend this agency to sell or buy from.
