James Ince showed me around a property. I was not only impressed with the property but also the way James presented it to me, himself and the company. He was friendly, courteous, professional and honest. A great representation of the company for sure. He was also flexible and accommodated me changing my appointment time twice. Unfortunately the property was not quite the right one for me but I would not hesitate using them again and I would gladly recommend James and Where We Belong as a great agents for finding a new home.

GoogleWe were interested in a house advertised by them, asked multiple times if any more pictures are available as only pictures on site was of the garden. Asked if we could have an online viewing as we was unable to travel at the time. But was told no, to both. Apparently, viewing weren't available at the time as the house was still being renovated. We've been promised we'll get an update as soon as viewings are happening. Just to find out today that the house is sold, but for us, the viewing wasn't available. Big disappointment. Doubt we'd ever look for a house through them again.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with James and the team at Belong. I found them to be extremely professional, easy to deal with and very reliable when it came to selling my home.James was a great help right from the offset, he is like an encyclopedia when it comes to advice on selling a house and was always at hand with help and guidance for anything I wasn't sure about. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. All I had to do was hand them the keys and they did everything else, Plans, EPC, Photos, Video footage with a drone, Impressive "For Sale" signs (with a full colour image of the house!) and they even dealt with the solicitors.'Belong' took away all the usual stresses of selling a house and made the whole experience quite pleasant.Highly Recommended!

We dealt with Richard Pardoe from start to finish and we were really impressed on how he handled the viewings with the vendors, being able to to get us an appointment to see the property at short notice. We put in an offer on the house which was accepted and from there on Richard was always available for queries and support throughout the buying process, working efficiently to expedite the purchase on our behalf, going above and beyond to assist us, often in his own time. We have had a positive experience with Richard and his colleagues at Belong from the Honley office. Whilst we didn’t deal with Belong as a vendor, only as a buyer we could see the hard work and effort Richard put in to satisfy all parties concerned and would have no hesitation in recommending Richard at Belong.
