The help, communication and guidance was second to none and helped us so much as we really didnt have a clue on what to expect after relocating from Spain (oh how we miss the sun !) It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with James and the team at Belong. I found them to be extremely professional, easy to deal with and very reliable when it came to selling my home.James was a great help right from the offset, he is like an encyclopedia when it comes to advice on selling a house and was always at hand with help and guidance for anything I wasn't sure about. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. All I had to do was hand them the keys and they did everything else, Plans, EPC, Photos, Video footage with a drone, Impressive "For Sale" signs (with a full colour image of the house!) and they even dealt with the solicitors.'Belong' took away all the usual stresses of selling a house and made the whole experience quite pleasant.Highly Recommended!

We dealt with Richard Pardoe from start to finish and we were really impressed on how he handled the viewings with the vendors, being able to to get us an appointment to see the property at short notice. We put in an offer on the house which was accepted and from there on Richard was always available for queries and support throughout the buying process, working efficiently to expedite the purchase on our behalf, going above and beyond to assist us, often in his own time. We have had a positive experience with Richard and his colleagues at Belong from the Honley office. Whilst we didn’t deal with Belong as a vendor, only as a buyer we could see the hard work and effort Richard put in to satisfy all parties concerned and would have no hesitation in recommending Richard at Belong. GoogleIf you are looking for an Estate agent look no further than BELONG in Honley, an independent family firm. They go above and beyond to help with what can be a stressful time. I was not able to open certain files and Belong not only opened them but sat with me to help fill them in. I do not know how I would have managed the process without all the help I received.
