GoogleWe found two sides to belong.on selling our property with them they were really on the ball with emails and replied day and night to any thing we needed to ask.however on buying a property with them they really let us down.the whole sale dragged out for near on eight months with problems with what could potentially make the house very difficult to re sell .this been the case we reduced our offer we had two emails from James on the Friday evening saying his client wasn't very happy about it but there was no offer of a counter offer so it was left for the evening.the next day the house was back for sale on right move .non of the two emails he send on Friday evening mentioned that if we didn't up our offer it would be back on the market the next or we would of uped the offer.neadless to say we will never use his services again or recommend him as we had done to many people
Dear Mr Hirst, I am very disappointed after almost a year that you have decided to post this review. As you state I replied to you out of hours on the Friday evening to advise that my client wasn't interested in selling to you at your lowered offer, and that I was awaiting instructions on what they wanted to do next. There was no counter offer as the client had not offered a counter offer. We act for the seller in all matters and their instructions were to place the house back on the market. I am sorry for the anxiety this caused at the time, which you and I had a long conversation about. Sincerely, James.

The 3D tour of our property on the website meant our property sold within 24 hours with negotiations concluded on a Sunday. From that point on Katie took ownership all ours and our buyers queries keeping in contact with us and chasing Solicitors. Could not fault the process which is usually considered stressful, Belong made it feel streamlined and efficient.

An excellent service from the valuation through to completion especially so with the current situation. Communucation was great via emails and phone calls. There was always someone to take my call when I rang and if the person I wanted wasn't there they always got back to me. The staff were friendly and professional at all times.
