FacebookNo phone call back after viewing a property over a week ago, clearly didn’t take us seriously. Worse people to show us around a house ever never get anytime to contemplate the house, consistently followed around the house. Lack of information was another thing especially as the agent who showed us round said they would email with the answers to the questions we were asking. Still to date no email and no phone call, wouldn’t be happy if I was trying to sell me house with these.

From the first meeting it was refreshing to deal with an agency that has a straight forward, honest approach. Throughout the sale the team worked hard to manage expectations, communicate clearly and deal with issues swiftly and transparently. As a customer we felt listened to and queries and concerns were responded to and resolved professionally and with minimum fuss or stress. During what was not the easiest sale, James, Katie and Gina worked hard to ensure that we were informed and advised appropriately. All the team liased with solicitors, other agents and buyers to make sure the sale and purchase was as seamless as possible. Thank you!

I owe Katie and James a huge thank you, they went above and beyond to make selling and moving as easy as possible. Having never been through the process before, it was good to know such experience and advice was only a phone call away. Their 360 photographs and video tour made our property ‘stand out from a crowd’ and they went out of their way to keep me informed throughout the sales process. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

An outstanding and professional service. The whole package is wonderful. James and Katie are a team where each one is fully up to speed with the others actions from start to finish. Considering we were living over a hundred miles away we had total confidence in Belong from the start to the finish. The marketing and video sold the house very quickly where other estate agents had failed. The communication with us and the buyer throughout the sale was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and I would without any hesitation recommend them.

First class experience. From the moment we engaged with James @ Belong to sell our property, through to completion, he couldn't have been any more helpful or professional. The property was marketed using the latest multi media presentation formats allowing a "virtual viewing tour of the house" which really presented the property in a superb way. An easy way to look around and make those first important decisions about such a major purchase. Within a week of the sale board going up, we'd had a number of asking process offers and with James' help, easily exceeded that.I would recommend Belong to anyone wishing to sell their property.

What I need from an estate agent is in-depth knowledge of the housing market, wisdom and experience. I need to be able to talk in detail at regular intervals with questions about preparing to sell, the best way to position the house on the market and advertising. I need an estate agent who is accessible, not too busy to talk. Particularly for my property which is an isolated small holding with equestrian facilities and land I need the sale to be based upon the lifestyle it offers buyers, rather than just bricks and mortar. All these needs are met by Belong. I have been delighted with James White both as an individual to deal with and the high quality of services he offers. No matter how "stupid or trivial" my questions are, James patiently answers. He has gone out of his way to get the best photos, even helping me move boxes to get the perfect shot. Especially as this property is so isolated, the video he made giving a tour internally and externally. Now, the potential buyers are very well informed and come showing genuine interest. This is extremely important to save me the hassle and waste of time with casual viewers who are not truly interested. James and I have worked very well together to agree a targeted marketing campaign which has been successful. Phenomenal service during such tough times. James and the whole team were courteous and professional throughout whilst being sympathetic to an elderly relative who was in self isolation. The team at belong made the whole experience of selling what had been a long term family home so much easier to cope with.
