GoogleFrom meeting Paul at the property to assess the value & advise us on the way forward, through to completion with the help of Rachel, the team at Holt have provided excellent customer services. They kept in touch at all stages & also kept our spirits up when the sale wasn’t as smooth as we would have liked. Happy to recommend this company if you want a good experience.

They poorly understand the role of an estate agent. They push the seller to spend money on solicitors to a contract against waste of time buyers who are just playing with you. They cannot read survey reports and blame the buyer when the sale falls through due to the lack of due diligence they should have done on a buyer

Laura provided many negative opinions as to why she thought a Sheringham property was unsuitable for me, none of which were based on fact. Eventually agreed to check the facts. By which time I was so irritated by her manner, I gave up on the property. One question, apparently designed to dissuade me viewing was: "Do I mind having neighbours?" I suppose one answer to that would be....

GoogleI had a great experience of a house viewing in Langham today. Rachel was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area and a very friendly individual. A very different experience from other estate agents that I have had in the past.

GoogleFrom our first enquiry telephone call to the final offer letter, the professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm of the team at Sowerbys has shone through. Their familiarity with the local market exceeds that of other ‘City’ agents and they have adapted by growing their team to meet the demands of the current climate so that both vendors and purchasers are well looked after. The photographs were superb and elicited excellent interest. GoogleWe met Rachel Harbour in April just after a purchase of a property had fallen through. We discussed our needs, wants, must haves etc, and a rough budget. We were totally open with her, and because of the way she made us feel we felt comfortable being that open without her “selling us up” after about 3 weeks she called and said I’ve found the perfect property for you come see it before it goes live on Friday.. we went straight up, met her, fell in love and made an offer which was accepted. I then said to her I didn’t want to get into another bidding war, she told me she had confidence in the owners and that this wouldn’t happen. She’s been true to her word. Extremely knowledgeable, hard working, diligent, responsive and a person you can do business with. She’s also a very nice person and not at all pushy but gets what you want in one sentence and then fits buyer and seller together. They moved swiftly and enabled us to sell our house pretty much overnight to secure our next property in a very frantic market. They were upfront and always at the end of the phone or email, happily liaising with solicitors.
