GoogleI can't thank Peter and Joe enough with a very complicated sale. Joe went above and beyond the duties of an estate agent!!

The guys in there are second to none!! ..but we want to specially mention Joe & Peter.. from beginning to end these guys were brilliant. Great honesty & nothing was too much trouble! Thank you so much for everything!! Glad it was you who sold our property 😊 & I would recommend 1000 times over! Michelle & family (The Croft)

GooglePeter and all his team were everything you’d want your estate agent to be. My personal circumstances were exceptionally difficult and emotional, and I myself was very unwell: Peter and all his team were genuinely compassionate and understanding from the very outset and did everything possible to minimise the inevitable stress and to be accommodating to my extremely difficult circumstances, they really went above and beyond. It is hard to imagine that things could have gone much more smoothly and painlessly than they did and I cannot thank or praise them highly enough for making the sale of my parents’ house so easy at a time when I needed that the most, and for being so easy, pleasant and friendly to deal with in ways that are rare these days...honest, open, never made me feel I was stupid or that anything I asked was an imposition : I can honestly say that you will not regret it if you buy or sell through Paul Wallace, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thankyou, all at Paul Wallace.
We are so glad you chose us Martin, it was a pleasure to be able to help you through a difficult time. Thank you and we wish you well.

GoogleI can't rate Paul Wallace highly enough! Such a great process from start to finish. In particular I want to call out Joe S & Peter G for their fantastic support throughout. They went above and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for. They are the perfect mix of friendly and professional and just a pleasure to deal with. No help is ever too much for them and they made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. You will have no regrets using Paul Wallace!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
You are a star Sophie! Thank you for leaving us such an amazing review!

GoogleStruck Gold!!!! I had several agents round for valuations for my property but Peter Gold stood out a mile from the rest - just a friendly and honest approach. Obviously selling a property is a daunting experience but Peter took all my stresses away. He overvalued my property by 50k compared to other agents and actually achieved that price which is just amazing and to have a buyer within a week couldn’t ask for better results. Peter Gold makes a promise to his words! Always a phone call away even after completion of property. I would advise anyone to not waste any time calling any other estate agents and contact Paul Wallace Hoddesdon branch straight away - as the service you will receive is outstanding by the whole team including Joe and Peter Adams.
Well, what can we say to that other than thank you! You were without doubt an absolute pleasure to work for and we all enjoyed every minute! Thank you so much for leaving such a fantastic review!

GoogleThe team at Paul Wallace, Hoddesdon have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Having dealt with numerous estate agents previously we were blown away by the service provided to us during the process of selling our home and purchasing our next. The whole team at Hoddesdon work together extremely well and are all very approachable. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble for them as they go above and beyond in keeping us updated at all times as well as chasing others to ensure a smooth process. I genuinely feel that the team at Paul Wallace had our best interests at the forefront of their minds throughout and they maintained the highest levels of professionalism at all times. Thank you Paul Wallace
If we could leave a review for our customers, then you both would certainly get 5*'s also! Thank you for putting your faith in us, we are all delighted to have helped you and your family with your move. Good luck in your new home!

GoogleI cannot recommend Paul Wallace enough. From the start when we had our first viewing with Peter Gold, my partner and I were very very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism he showed. Peter Adams then took over our case and I cannot thank him enough for the time and effort he put in to support us as buyers. With the property being 300 years old, it was inevitable that work needed doing and Peter pointed us in the right direction to find a Structural Engineer and Builder which we are very grateful for. Whenever anything needed discussing, it was always sorted efficiently and effectively. Thank you Paul Wallace!
So kind Sam, really nice of you to write so positively about your experience. Thank you and best wishes for the future.

TrustpilotPaul Wallace, who else?
The representative here,Daniel, was fabulous. He went , what I believe, above and beyond to help us when selling our late mother’s property. He was caring, patient and compassionate but also did everything within his power to assist us in a professional manor. He kept us updated at all times. I have used Paul Wallace before and went back as they made me feel safe and I will be using them again soon. Excellent staff and service.

FacebookI was very impressed with the professional service and attention to detail Paul Wallace took during the completion of my flat. I have dealt with other estate agents in the area in the past and was amazed at how much more informed I was kept throughout the process - Joanne was particularly helpful with this! I couldn't fault them at any stage of the process, and will certainly be using them again. Thanks again to all the team!

Honest and supportive at all times. Thank you from myself and Nat, all the best.
So kind of you to leave us such positive feedback, thank you for your business Ellis and continued support, best wishes from the team.

TrustpilotHighly recommended estate agent!
We were really impressed with Paul Wallace and our agent Joe was always on the ball, making phone calls and chasing up everyone he could to get our sale and purchase to completion. All the team were great at communicating with us through the process and helped try to make a house move a little less stressful by always keeping us in the loop. Would definitely recommend them!
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
