We have just completed our property purchase as of 2 weeks ago. Throughout the whole process, everyone at Paul Wallace Hoddesdon has been incredibly knowledgable, diligent and hard working. Moreover, they provide a friendly and welcoming service. We owe Pete a huge thank you as he was the reason we found our house in the first place. He guided us through the early stages of the process and was always available to take our calls and answer any queries we had. He went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful. Later in the sale, Joe acted as our point of contact and was extremely helpful liaising with and chasing the rest of the chain and solicitors. From the start of the process to the end we cannot fault the service Paul Wallace Hoddesdon provided. They were second to none and we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Great friendly and professional estate agents

I have to say that all the team at Paul Wallace (Brookfield Centre) were amazing, especially Mark who worked hard to push through a more complicated sale. They showed a lot of patience and were incredibly friendly throughout. Given my circumstance of having to sell before buying it is useful that they were able to put me in contact with a very good removals company and a good mortgage broker (in the past I have had had negative experiences with in house recommendations, so this was a real plus). We didn’t think of asking anyone else to sell our house, Paul Wallace had sold it to us originally along with every other house on a small new build estate, and done the resales in the 10 years since. We’d seen a house we wanted to buy and were keen to secure a sale in order to be proceed-able and put an offer in. We met Peter Gold from the Hoddesdon office and listened to his view on value, on other recent sales, and followed his advice on what level to price the house at in order to achieve our objective. He had a few viewings in a short space of time and then received an offer at asking price, his advice on value worked brilliantly. Peter and his team were superb throughout, often helping in the conveyancing process with queries and keeping us all on track with a level head and practical approach. I couldn’t recommend him and his team strongly enough.

I recently bought a property through Paul Wallace Estate Agents, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. It was quite a difficult sale with a few unexpected hurdles along the way, but the team were supportive, professional, and proactive throughout the entire process. Their communication was excellent, and I always felt they genuinely cared about getting the sale completed smoothly. A special mention to Joe, who was absolutely fantastic, calm, knowledgeable, and incredibly dedicated. He went above and beyond to keep things on track and quite honestly saved the whole sale. Joe is a real asset to Paul Wallace, and his efforts made a stressful situation so much easier. I’d be more than happy to use Paul Wallace again in the future for any property sales or purchases. Paul Wallace acted for us on the sale of a flat in Wormley. From the outset the team were thoroughly professional valuing the property realistically and assisting with the sale to a challenging buyer who needed lots of reassurance and support. Joe (our main contact) was exceptional always responding to calls and WhatsApp messages in a timely manner and ensuring that the sale progressed.When Joe was away on holiday the rest of the team maintained similar level of service and were completely up to to date with all matters. At the conclusion of the sale process Joe resolved several last minute queries which could have derailed the sale. Paul Wallace Estate Agents were fantastic with us. We had our house up for sale around a year ago with another well known company but got no where. We contacted Paul Wallace who came round, took photos and posted it online really quickly. Within a day we had our first viewing and the following day it sold. Unbelievable. Communication was brilliant. We were in a private what's app group and any questions we had we always got a response either instantly or latest the next day. Pete, Peter and Joe got our house online and sold within a day. They showed us round so many houses until we found the right one. We made an offer and on the same day it was accepted. Brilliant service. You also need to know that Joe who works there essentially runs the show once offers have been made and accepted or are being negotiated. He gets things sorted out and provides meaningful and clear updates all the time. He was communicating with each person in the chain (and there were 5 of us in it) and he was also communicating with the solicitors too. Joe is brilliant, he knows his stuff so much it's unbelievable. The whole team were great. Highly recommended if you want to sell your home. The difference with this firm is that they want to sell your home, they want you to buy your dream home and they love doing it. With all that, you can't go wrong. I highly recommend Peter, Pete and Joe to get the results.

Peter Gold, a very loyal gentleman from Paul Wallace Estate Agency provided me with the ultimate best service! Peter is very professional and extremely compassionate. He walked me through the negotiation, provided me with a great wealth of historical knowledge of a large Victorian property which I have now purchased from him, and Peter was very punctual with following up all the necessary enquiries with my broker, solicitors and sellers. Even on the day of completion, Peter kindly connected me with removal companies to help me move and even introduced me to my new Neighbors and made me feel at home in my new house, instantly! I know a lot of reviews very generic and just say good service but I honestly need to say Joe Solazzo from Paul Wallace estate agents literally put the meaning into going above and beyond. There was a lot of issues with my property regarding building regs, removing a block that was mistakenly put on the property it was literally one thing after another although stressful Joe was on the other end of the phone 24/7 whenever I called he answered, literally the best service I have ever had from any business in my life. I know some people read reviews and some believe them or think they’re over exaggerated but I actually could not of got a better service anywhere else. After all the headache and the obstacles my property finally transferred today and all thanks to Joe Solazzo. Highly highly highly recommend speaking to Joe directly if you are thinking of selling your property or evening buying as I know he gave the same service to me as he did to the new owners who bought my property. I've sold 6 houses in 30 years across London. Paul Wallace have been the best estate agents by a country mile. Estate agents can be like banks, all the same, with no distinguishing attributes. Pete Gold (partner at Paul Wallace) has been fabulous, making all the difference. He knows the market so well, gives great advice and calls it, as it is. Selling a property can be stressful, but Pete was always on the phone when i needed him to lend an ear. As a senior partner he owned the process and led from the front.
