We can’t recommend Paul Wallace enough, they made the stressful process of selling a property seamless, stress free and easy. I contacted Paul Wallace after having listed my property on the market with another agent who I was less than impressed with. From day one the service was miles ahead of what I had previously received with the other local agent. Paul Wallace’s experience and local knowledge stood out, along with their marketing and within one week my property was sold at full asking price. The whole buying/ selling process was handled exceptionally, we had a complicated chain and was against the deadline for stamp duty holiday. I have used Paul Wallace for 2 house moves now and have been very impressed with their service from start to finish. Daniel led on our recent move and although we experienced some challenges due to being in a large chain, Daniel was able to use his experience and expertise to keep me updated and informed throughout the process.
