GoogleWhat can i say about Paul Wallace other than they are by far the best estate agents i know. They were my Vendors estate agent and acted as if they were mine. They kept me updated continuously, reassured me at times when i thought the sale wasn't going to happen and were the first to notify me on completion. Peter Gold, Joe Solazzo and Pete Adams are amazing and i cannot thank them enough, and have restored my faith in estate agents, they actually care. I cannot recommend them enough, i have learned be nice and they will bend over backwards for you. Ty guys and all the best

GoogleWe have finally completed the sale of our house after a somewhat protracted process, and the only reason we got there (and remained sane) was the supreme effort made by Paul Wallace. They have all been great but a special shout-out to Joe who spent many hours on the phone chasing our buyers' solicitors. Also a big thank you for recommending a brilliant solicitor for us to use. We thoroughly recommend them.

FacebookWould highly recommend Paul Wallace - Hoddesdon branch! We used them to view a couple of houses and had our property on with another local estate agents. We were mucked around by them and the first person we then called was Peter Gold. Who listened and were approachable, we decided to sell through them. Unfortunately during the process we had a buyer pull out (due to their own reasons) but Peter and Pete pushed through for us and we then sold. Joe picked up things from there and was knowledgable, again approachable and always had a solution. I always trusted their opinion and felt they wanted the best for us. Were open and honest but so patient and it didn’t ever seem anything was too much for them. Really made the process so much more enjoyable, and without hesitation we will be using them again. Thank you guys!

After having to pull out of two previous purchases due to issues with the properties that I am sure were known to the Estate Agents I didn’t have much faith in Agents anymore. That all changed when we dealt with Joe and Peter at Paul Wallace. From the get go they were keen to find out exactly what our requirements were. They were very accommodating with appointment times and their communication was outstanding. Of all parties involved including our own agents and solicitor Paul Wallace were the key in finding out information and relaying everything back to us promptly. I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond in helping us on our journey from having the offer accepted to completion. Although I am not looking to move again any time soon, I know that when the time does come I will be using Paul Wallace to sell my property. Thank you!

I have been dealing with Jon Quy at Paul Wallace for the purchase of my first house. I was a bit nervous as I am a wheelchair user and have not gone through this process for about 20 years. From the start, Jon was amazing. He created me at the house and helped me inside and he was really friendly, helpful and best of all, always kept me up to date. He responds immediately to call, emails or any queries and really helped to guide me through the purchase. I spoke to his team when Jon dared to take 3 days off work (yes terrible behaviour I know 😂) but his team knew exactly what was happening and kept the great customer service going . I could not ask more from Paul Wallace and Jon's team and highly recommend them as a great company to deal with. Thanks guys , you have been perfect .
