Fabulous estate agents. The team have helped us every step of the way throughout buying and selling our home. True professionals. A huge thanks to Joe in particular for his good humour, patience and advice. He was a breath of fresh air with his efficiency and caring attitude throughout the process. GoogleI was unfortunately gazumped but was the seller's fault not 'Paul Wallace'. Had great help by a member of the estate agent by the name of Peter Gold. His surname says alot about his customer service. He was constantly on the ball and always kept cummuncations on the go. I felt supported and looked after by this employee. I wish I got the house with the amount of money and time I put in. Four months ordeal is very stressful but with help and support it feels a little bit better. I wish him all the best and thank you again for looking after me and my family, shame we didn't get the house.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleJoe Solazzo has honestly been so helpful, honest, professional and went above and beyond. I don't think the property purchase would have gone through without his constant chasing! He kept me in the loop with literally every update, either by telephone or sending me email updates. I was so impressed!
