I purchased a property from Paul Wallace Hoddesdon this year (2020). 99% of the time i have primarily dealt with Joe Solazzo. I have found him a pleasure to work with on every phonecall. Considering i am not his client and he is not working on my behalf to sell my property he worked tirelessly throughout the process to keep me in the loop in every situation. We had challenging circumstances, with multiple buyers pulling out of our sale. The team at Paul Wallace dealt with these setbacks professionally and effectively. I've worked with Paul Wallace twice now, for my recent sale and my previous purchase and have to say they are the best agent I have worked with. I'd never go anywhere else. In particular Joe has been vital in getting both my sale and purchase through and is always there to help and push whatever is needed and when as well as talk through any concerns or issues. I've had lots of issues and problems to work through on both my moves and couldn't have got it all sorted without Paul Wallace and Joe! Thanks also to Peter who has been great. In fact I was so pleased with the service I also recommended to both my neighbours who have recently gone on the market to go with Paul Wallace. They are just as pleased as I was with the service.

I used Paul Wallace to sell a property and unfortunately I agreed to sell to a buyer with the worst solicitor in the world, Paul Wallace were superb in dealing with this rouge trader and were tenation and never stopped trying, I have heard a lot of stories of bad estate agents but this firm must be the exception as they were professional and got the job done, especially Joe who deals with after sales who is brilliant at his job

A higher-end 4 star review, Paul Wallace made significant efforts to ensure our property purchase got over the line.There were several complications along the way and Mark was very supportive and persistent from the moment he got involved.Due to the complexity of the chain, some aspects could have been handled slightly better - clarity of the detail up the chain at an earlier stage would have been beneficial, but that is the nature of the industry.

We've just exchanged contracts and completed the purchase of our property and I can't thank and recommend Paul Wallace enough! They are the most professional, genuine and efficient agents we've used so far.We wanted to move in before Christmas and everyone in the office, especially Joe, pulled out all the stops to make sure this happened (all in less than a time span of 8 week!). From beginning to end, Joe was professional; he kept us up-to-date with any progress (even if it was a courtesy call to say that he tried to get through to the solicitors and are waiting for a call back from them), and recommended using a solicitor and broker that we found to be highly experienced experts in their field.Even on his days off, he would still answer our emails and ensure that his colleagues were up-to-date with our case so that they could help us contact the solicitors and resolve any queries we had if he wasn't available.We are absolutely over the moon to have moved in before Christmas with very little stress throughout the whole process - and this is all thanks to Joe and his colleagues at Paul Wallace! We will definitely use Paul Wallace again to sell and buy properties in the future. Thanks once again to Joe and his colleagues at Paul Wallace! :)

GoogleWe brought a house which was up for sale with PW. From the point we found it, to the point we collected the keys from them on completion, they were amazing! GooglePaul Wallace was the Estate Agent I asked to sell my late mum's house. From the very start when they tendered their quote, they realised that that this was a difficult time for me and my family and never pressurarised or pestered for the contract. From then on, they always kept me up to date, despite me living far from Hoddesdon. I was impressed that they had good knowledge of potential buyers, including when it was beneficial to put the property back on the market. My mum's house was successfully sold in recent months, and the agency went above and beyond to liaise with buyers and their solicitors to ensure a satisfactory completion for all. They also contacted after the sale with some operational questions from the buyers, indicating that they are equally supportive of sellers and buyers. I particularly found the Property WhatsApp useful as it allowed both me and my husband to keep up to date and involved.

I cant thank the boys at Paul Wallace enough especially nick and Joe who worked so hard to ensure the move happened. Nick sold my property in 5 days to wonderful buyers and worked hard throughout the duration of sale to ensure it went as smooth running as possible. Joe kept me updated throughout the sales process helped in matters that did not even involve him on my purchase. Best estate agents that we have dealt with by far! We have dealt with some shocking estate agents in the past but from start to finish Paul Wallace have been outstanding. They were always happy to help and guided us through each step of the way. All the staff were professional, attentive and proactive. Especially Joe, who would always go to great lengths to ensure everything went smoothly with both our sale and purchase (both through Paul Wallace). Very friendly, easy to deal with and a huge asset to the team. I can't recommend them enough, best estate agents that we have dealt with by far! Will definately use again in the future!
