An amazing team. Professional, helpful and courteous. Was kept fully informed about the progress of my sale and went over and above liaising with the estate agent relating to my purchase in Berkshire. GoogleOur house sale is just about completed.............It is difficult times and we have felt stressed on occasion but John and Jordan have been terrific throughout the whole process. It is difficult to pick the Estate Agents to go with but we have been delighted by the professionalism and friendliness from this Paul Wallace team. Their advice has proven to be excellent and their manner and communication along the way have been fantastic. I've used Paul Wallace twice now, and wouldn't hesitate to go back to them. They are excellent communicators, very professional and provide a brilliant service. Working with Peter and Joe has been a pleasure, Joe has successfully guided me through the sale of my flat which went through in record time, the whole process from instruction to completion has taken about 10 weeks!! One always fears the worst when going to see an Estate Agents. I needn't have. I was dealt with throughout with courtesy, promptness and professionalism. The valuation placed on the property was realistic and we were quickly warned off potential buyers who had under-valued it. When a potential sticking point arose in the negotiations with the buyer, towards completion, Peter Gold stepped in, negotiated an equitable solution, and found a person who could carry out the (reduced) work needed, and quickly.

The Paul Wallace sales team helped sell our property in the Northaw area, they were highly professional and thorough throughout the process and an absolute pleasure to work with. We had some problems with our buyer and their chain but Peter and Joe handled everything beautifully, constantly kept us in the loop and we felt reassured throughout. A member of the team that knew all about our case was always available and approachable which meant that we were never left wondering what was going on. I would recommend these guys to anyone selling a home in the Hertfordshire area, great experience doing business with them and would surely go back!
