Well its only taken me 8 weeks to finally write this review ! I've tried hard to think of terrible thigs to say about Paul Wallace, Peter Gold & his merry men/ladies ! Ha ha ! But sadly I could not find anything . The sale of the property that they dealt with was a very emotional & personal one, due to the death of a very close friend but they went above & beyond the call of duty to make everything as painless as possible. It wasn't a easy sale as two buyer pulled out for their own reasons, but they battled on for me & found me another good buyer who finally brought the property. I personally found Peter Gold and his staff to be conscientious and caring on how they dealt with, everything issue that arose, ensuring that any questions and concerns were dealt with, and keeping me informed of the status of the transaction at every step. They certainly go that extra mile, ensuring which is usually an extremely stressful time, easier to get through. I cannot fail to recommend them, not only to any person thinking of selling their property, but any prospective buyer also. I now owe Peter 2 cream Buns & a cupcake for writing this review ! ha ha ! They have become like really good friends, even family to me ! Dont go anywhere else, trust me ! Use Paul Wallace every time Bobbie Potts

Truly outstanding. They sold my house ever so quickly and post-sale service was outstanding. Chain had lots of issues and Joe, from the Hoddeston branch, was exceptional in sorting everything out. Without their post-sale support and ability to keep everything on track the chain would have collapsed. Cannot fault Paul Wallace - would highly recommend

I was selling with purple bricks and buying via Paul Wallace and you can clearly see a huge difference in service! I can honestly say Paul Wallace are now my go to agents. They have gone above and beyond to support our move, they didn’t hide behind emails, and always called me back. They supported us in removing blockers, offered advice and guidance and were transparent and open throughout the process. They were super proactive & reactive, which really did help keep things progressing in the right direction. The team are incredibly personable and approachable, I felt I could pick up the phone and they listened and responded to any concerns, queries, issues I had, I never felt fobbed off. I would happily recommend Paul Wallace to anyone. Thank you to the entire team for supporting us in our move to our fabulous new home.

Excellent Lettings Team

Michelle and Kerry have been handling our rental property since the beginning of 2012, and we have never had one problem. Communication is frequent, checks on properties are made regularly, and their relationships with both tenants and landlords are friendly and pleasant whilst still remaining extremely professional. Rental statements, payment transfers, gas certificates, documentation etc. all actioned by the due date without us ever having to do anything!

This is the 2nd time we’ve used Paul Wallace for a sale and just as the last time they have provided a fantastic service. From the initial valuation right through to completion they have reinforced the importance of clarity and a high speed pace to support the sale of our property. The updates we received between our buyers solicitor and relaying message from our solicitor were prompt and clear, this lead to a timely exchange of contracts. Peter and all his team were everything you’d want your estate agent to be. My personal circumstances were exceptionally difficult and emotional, and I myself was very unwell: Peter and all his team were genuinely compassionate and understanding from the very outset and did everything possible to minimise the inevitable stress and to be accommodating to my extremely difficult circumstances, they really went above and beyond. It is hard to imagine that things could have gone much more smoothly and painlessly than they did and I cannot thank or praise them highly enough for making the sale of my parents’ house so easy at a time when I needed that the most and for being so easy, pleasant and friendly to deal with in ways that are rare these days...honest, open, never made me feel I was stupid or that anything I asked was an imposition I can honestly say that you will not regret it if you buy or sell through Paul Wallace, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Having dealt with numerous estate agents previously we were blown away by the service provided to us during the process of selling our home and purchasing our next.
