I can't rate Paul Wallace highly enough! Such a great process from start to finish. In particular I want to call out Joe S & Peter G for their fantastic support throughout. They went above and beyond to find us exactly what we were looking for. They are the perfect mix of friendly and professional and just a pleasure to deal with. No help is ever too much for them and they made sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

Joe Solazzo has honestly been so helpful, honest, professional and went above and beyond. I don't think the property purchase would have gone through without his constant chasing! He kept me in the loop with literally every update, either by telephone or sending me email updates. Joe Solazzo from Paul Wallace was the agent for the people I was buying from. He kept me well informed of progress throughout the process and was honest when complications arose. He was always contactable when I needed to speak to him and gave me some good advice even though he wasn’t my agent. Highly recommend.

Paul Wallace (PW) were professional from the beginning giving an accurate evaluation of the property I was selling and explaining how they were able to help selling it. All viewings were accompanied and the team were very clear with times/dates and punctual.Once I had accepted the offer PW assisted the buyer through the process keeping me informed along the way. We ran into some delays in the process due to the property that I was purchasing but Mark at PW worked hard to help liaise with the Agents for my purchase and we completed in the end. Honestly the team at PW are hard working, realistic with pricing/timing but above all honest with a wealth of valuable experience.I would recommend PW (Brookfield) and use their services again.

I shopped around for a good local letting agent to use to rent out my property. I was after a balance between a personal service, yet a company that was big enough to handle everything required, and Paul Wallace have absolutely hit the nail on the head. Kerry and Jo are absolutely superb to work with and I would thoroughly recommend them and Paul Wallace. I have even had one of my fears realised - a leak at the property, but in stepped Kerry straight away, and it was sorted with no fuss at all, and very reasonably as they have some very decent tradespeople they work with.All in all, if you are a landlord looking for an agent who will actually earn their money (and then some!) then have a chat with the team.
