Although the team provided a good service to you, they even stayed after closing to accommodate your needs, ultimately you were not happy with processes the Landlord demanded were in place. Hi Mr Fletcher, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I must admit I am surprised to see your review of 1 star. Considering you decided to withdraw from the sale back in March but then changed your mind several months later, we still managed to keep your sale alive. You also changed completion dates, again we managed the situation and your buyers agreed. We have now exchanged contracts and are due to complete. You have not once complained to us about anything of our service, I even saw you today as you handed over your keys and said congratulations, you still did not mention you were unsatisfied with the service.
