Hi Lisa, Just seen you have changed your review from 5 star to 1 star. I understand you had issues with the landlord and the property. I must admit after we done everything you asked of us and worked around your time scales, I am shocked to see the amendment for issues that were not of our making. Please do contact me if there is anything we can do for you going forward, even though you no longer live at the property, I am happy to help in anyway I can. Rob Cowell, Your Move Hitchin.

Hi Kimberley, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I have tried finding you on both our sales and lettings systems but we have no record of a Kimberley Merrifield. Customer service is extremely important to us here in the Your Move office so I am very sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I would very much like to discuss and rectify any issues you have. If there is anything we can do please give me a call on 01462 459643 and ask for Rob.
