GoogleWe recently decided to move to Hitchin from London and had 2 viewings with Connie from Your Move. She was lovely, patiently explained everything, answered all our questions. Very professional and we will definitely be back if we ever will look for another house.

GoogleI enquired via email about a property in Stevenage and the estate agent who called me back this morning had such an attitude. After calling MY phone. He was abrupt and short to simple questions, such disgusting service. I don't know who offended him or if he doesn't like his job but he shouldn't bring his bad attitude to clients who just want to make enquiries. GROSS.
Hi Muna. Sorry you have had this service. I have gone through the enquiries today to try to find you but you are not there. I will speak to the members of staff it could have been and re-iterate how important customer service is. This is not our usual level of care and I am disappointed to hear this. GoogleI used this company recently and had a good experience, which was pleasing as I have had some poor experiences with other estate agencies in the past. I dealt with Rob who was polite, helpful and responsive to all of our numerous requests. I would both use this company again and recommend it to others.

GooglePurchased a property through them. Not very helpful or professional. They can be bullish when nearing completion, sending you countless emails/telephone calls of pressuring you. A guy called Rob was rude; no telephone courtesy, sounded like a bailiff.
