I can recommend the services of Wellington Evans unreservedly and without hesitation. James was consistently responsive, proactive and professional whilst also very personable. I recently used Wellington Evans for a new home I was purchasing. The entire process was managed by a single point of contact, James Evans, who maintained a high-level of communication throughout the process; quickly identified bottlenecks and delays. James’s knowledge and experience certainly shone through, not only effectively managing the upward chain, but also supporting the downward chain where necessary. Often the requests and turn-around timelines were very ambitious, but I guess these pressures are part of the buying and selling process. However, I can confidently say, that without James’s proactive, candid and supportive communication there would have been significant delays and most likely resulted in my purchase falling through. James is never too busy to help or answer questions; I would certainly recommend the service provided by Wellington Evans.

Poor viewing management. Shown up to a viewing at a property to find a confused owner. The viewing was cancelled with no notification or record on their portal. Swift and courteous phone follow up. WE claim to have sent a cancellation email and a voicemail. Neither was received. Please also be aware this agent will filter viewings availability, prioritising cash buyers and people ready to proceed.

Got me an offer very quickly - a decent one too, not a silly one. Then conveyancing …….
