GoogleFirst enquiry call to completion in under 10 weeks. Found a buyer for my buyer and put together a solid chain of 3, owning the whole process from start to finish. Stop reading this and call them.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
Wow - that there is some feedback!!. 18 viewings, 3 offers and a 'quick deal' is certainly as exciting as we could have asked for, for our first completion(s). It has been great to help you achieve your goals and extremely rewarding for us to receive such praise which we are very grateful for...

GoogleWe didn’t end up purchasing through this estate agent but we looked around a few houses with James, and he was very helpful with his advice regarding house buying in Hitchin and very professional.
Thanks Sophie and im delighted we were able to help you find a home - even if it wasnt one we were instructed to sell.. Our approach is based on giving our very best help and support to all local home owners or buyers and you dont have to have a direct commercial benefit to Wellington Evans to utilise our skills, knowledge and expertise. All the best and we are here when its time to sell in many years to come!! :-)
