Google‘We recently sold my house near Hitchin. We had previously heard good things about this agency and we were not disappointed. We had an initial meeting with Nick at the office and were impressed with his understanding of the local market, his professional appearance and general communication skills, all of which gave us confidence to proceed. Through the sale, his advice on market conditions, pricing and viewing feedback was second to none. Despite a first sale falling through, (buyer withdrew), we persisted and ended up selling at somewhat more than the advertised price, which I can put down to his selling and negotiation skills. His team, which were also involved with our sale, conducted themselves with similar professionalism, which can only reflect on Nick's management and leadership skills. He was able to answer all our questions (even when we went off topic!) with a warm and friendly manner - and a sense of humour! We didn’t feel rushed at all and he couldn’t have been more helpful. GoogleWellington Evans have been great in our hunt for a property. They have taken on board our feedback and what we are looking for and what is key for us. The team is really friendly and are able to answer all the questions that we have and when they don't have an answer, have double checked with the vendor before letting us know.

James and Nick are professional, proactive and passionate, but best of all they will go the extra mile (and more) for you. Our next house sale (hopefully not for a while) will definitely be with Wellington Evans.
